New legal skills video on evidence in asylum, immigration and human rights cases

Legal Updates

In all types of asylum, immigration or human rights applications, you will need evidence to support your application.

This video looks at when evidence might be needed, what is meant by evidence, and what counts as “good” evidence.

This is the first in a series of more content from us on legal skills, aiming to increase people’s ability to understand and take action in their legal cases.

The information in this video is largely unaffected by the changes to the asylum and immigration process as a result of the Coronavirus crisis.

SUPPORT OUR WORK

On reaching the UK, people face a hostile environment. Without help, many will be forcibly sent back to the wars, persecution and misery they have fled.

Your donation will help us to help people in their struggle for the right to remain in the UK, and to campaign for migration justice
