On 13th June, Right to Remain will take on yet another challenge- the London Legal Walk!

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Toolkit, our step-by-step guide through the asylum and immigration system, we have been hosting a number of activities. Some of these activities included the Hackney Half marathon and our Toolkit Festivals in Belfast, Bradford and London.

Our Toolkit has helped many individuals and organisations through the system, with over a quarter of a million people accessing it last year. As the availability of Legal Aid immigration and asylum legal advice and representation has been dwindling over the years, it’s clear that this is a permanent emergency. Our community needs our Toolkit now more than ever, and we want to ensure that it can continue to support migrant communities.

To do this, we will be fundraising to safeguard the Right to Remain Toolkit’s immediate future. So, our staff and volunteers will be taking part in the London Legal Walk on 13th June!

The Right to Remain team of walkers are:

Eiri Ohtani

Esther Doherty

Yumna Kamel

Simon Cox

Lucy Shuttleworth

If you would like to join the team, drop us an email or a message on our social media accounts to let us know. You can also show us your support on the day by cheering us on from the sidelines.

Stand with us for migration justice. Thanks for your support!

SUPPORT OUR WORK

On reaching the UK, people face a hostile environment. Without help, many will be forcibly sent back to the wars, persecution and misery they have fled.

Your donation will help us to help people in their struggle for the right to remain in the UK, and to campaign for migration justice
