Do you support asylum seekers and other migrants through the appeal system in the First Tier Tribunal (FTT)? Would you like some support on understanding and navigating the process? Then please come to our NEW training!

We are conscious that 57% of people going through the appeal system are unrepresented. Charities are being forced to step in, with little training and few resources. This workshop is designed to help you navigate that process. 

In the session, we will: 

• Break down what will happen in court 
• Explain how you can support people to go through the court system
• Help you understand the limits of what you can legally do to support someone through the process

This training is for those who have some knowledge of the system and are supporting people through that system. If you are new to the immigration system, we advise that you attend our Knowledge is Power course first.

Please note we will not be able to answer specific questions about individual cases. We will however give you general information that will help you to support people with more awareness and skill.
