Register for Wales’ first ever Solidarity Session! On Friday 7 November, Right to Remain will be in Cardiff, partnering with Sanctuary Coalition Cymru, to share knowledge, build connections, and plan collective action. Hosted by Sanctuary Coalition Cymru, in partnership with Right to Remain.

  • Date: Friday 7 November
  • Time: 10:00 – 16:00
  • Venue: Cardiff City Centre – This is a Cardiff event. The full address will be shared with registered participants closer to the time for safety reasons.

What to expect

Interactive workshops on navigating the asylum system using the Right to Remain Toolkit, and understanding the difference between legal advice and legal support. Space for sharing experiences. Whether you are new to the movement or have years of experience, your perspective is vital.

  • Practical tools and resources to help you support yourself, your community, or your organisation
  • Food and Refreshments
  • An opportunity to connect with others in Wales

Who should attend?

  • People with lived experience of the asylum and immigration system
  • Community organisers, campaigners, and activists
  • Allies who work with and support sanctuary seekers and refugee
  • Staff and volunteers from support organisations
  • Anyone passionate about building a more welcoming Wales

How to Join

Book via the link below. For any organisation with income or paid staff members, we are asking for a £15 donation. 

If you are unwaged, a volunteer for a no-income organisation, or in the asylum / immigration system, please email Esther – esther@righttoremain.org.uk to request a free ticket.
