Join Right to Remain at our 2017 annual national gathering, where we will be bringing together brilliant people from across the UK to share ideas, challenges and opportunities and plan how we can be strong and successful in the year ahead.
This is a chance to meet many of the asylum and migrant support groups we work with across the UK, and volunteers and activists who are involved in or interested in practical solidarity in the asylum and immigration system and campaigning for migration justice.
Find out about Right to Remain’s year (including the These Walls Must Fall campaign), hear the wonderful MaMa choir perform, and choose from break-out sessions on:
- Everything you ever wanted to know about detention but were afraid to ask (session run by the Freed Voices group)
- The situation for refugees and other migrants stranded at the borders in Europe and what can be done in the UK (session run by Help Refugees)
- Charter flight mass deportations (session run by the Unity Centre)
- Campaigning for Change (session run by Asylum Matters)
And more to be confirmed!
Lunch and refreshments will be provided. The gathering is in central Liverpool: full venue details will be provided on registration.
Please note if your group is already in contact with Right to Remain about attending the gathering, you do not need to reserve places via Eventbrite.
