Our NEW pocket guide to enforcement booklets are here!
These small A5 booklets, designed in collaboration with Leeds Anti-Raids, fit into your bag or pocket and offer practical advice on your rights against enforcement measures.
Inside, you’ll find:
- What to ask if Immigration Enforcement approach you in public
- What to do if they come to your home or work
- Your rights around warrants, entering buildings and phone searches
- How to make a plan before a crisis and what to do if you see a raid
Immigration enforcement continues to increase; between January and June 2026, the Home Office carried out 7,270 illegal working visits and made 4,756 arrests – that’s increases of 31% and 20% respectively, compared with the same period in 2025.
There has also been a new policy on illegal working for people living in asylum support, while the government is pushing ahead with plans to significantly expand the immigration detention estate, almost doubling its capacity.
When it comes to immigration enforcement, knowing our rights and staying prepared are the best ways we can protect ourselves and each other. These booklets are one small way we can keep each other informed and connected. We are sending them to groups and organisations free of charge. Email esther@righttoremain.org.uk to get yours!
Please share with your friends, family, community groups and networks.
