Inside our Solidarity Session: Family Reunion is a Right not a Privilege.
On 24 Sep, Right to Remain convened an emergency Solidarity Session in response to the government’s sudden suspension of Refugee Family Reunion. Despite a very short notice period, the session was attended by nearly 70 people from all parts of the UK, to be guided by lived experience of refugees hit by this change.

Inside our Liverpool Solidarity Session: Connection, Safety and Hope
On 23 September, Right to Remain held a Solidarity Session in Liverpool, hosted by our friends at 4Wings. In the very space where Fatou was welcomed back after her release from detention, we gathered to reflect on connection, safety and hope. Through stories, shared meals, and practical exercises on safety and emergency response, participants built trust and solidarity. The day reminded us that resisting detention and enforcement is something we can only do together.
